I like this photo a lot. The edges of the shadows line up with the stairs and the door. I like the contrast of the light and dark of the buildings.

USA. Arizona. 1947.

I also like this photo a lot. The smoke from the steam engine is a great contrast between the smoke and the sky. the dark smoke means that the locomotive is working very hard to move. The rusted car also brings out the time era of the photo. The 1950's was the start of the great diesel age in trains. To see a steam engine with this type of rusted car it seems the photo older then it really is.
